The Reserve Bank is introducing new technology this year which will push Australia even further towards becoming a cashless society.
So now we are not going to be able to escape from being tracked by the banking system! When will they place safeguards in place to stop the collection and use of our data? Big data may well be the way of the future for corporations and government but I’d rather not have my relevance determined by a computer algorithm examining what I bought at the grocery store, where I got my fuel and where I went with my mobile!
